So basically the premise of this blog is to document my attempt at sorting my life out in 2011. Im 25 and think its about time that I start making those tough decisions (and not the ones about which cheese to eat first!)
Tomorrow I am starting WeightWatchers, Im not going to talk about it to people in the real world, but will record my findings and progress here. I would start today but I have no food in the fridge and am heading out tonight where although Im not drinking at the moment, I probably will OD on diet coke and rot my teeth!
I think my weight is approx 13stone, Im 5 foot 11 so I hide it well but I think Im about 2 stone over weight for my shape, im starting to look a little fatty, which means I must be plenty fatty for it to show on my frame.
food today:
breakfast: 1 bowl of country store (raisins removed - euw) with slim milk
Lunch: foccacia, green beans, home fries with garlic mayo, diet coke.
dinner: salad with cherry tomatoes, half avodcado and some roasted chicked with vinagrette. drink of dilutable orange.
not sure how many points the above is.. but apparently Im allowed 22.
tomorrow I get back on the running track as well.... sigh
